The Melges Watersports Center has partnered with American One Racing to offer the ultimate youth foiling pathway in North America. Designed for intermediate and advanced sailors, our camps offer the skills, confidence, and experience you need to soar across the water.

YOUTH PATHWAY
We’re focused on offering new, alternative pathways for youth sailors. By leveraging our team’s expertise in high-performance sailing, our goal is to create an exciting new path for young sailors—one that raises the level of sailing and fosters a lifelong passion for the sport.

World-Class Coaching
The coaching staff includes some of the best talent in the sailing world:

• Leandro Spina, a high-performance development coach with years of experience working with Olympic athletes, and currently the Performance Director at American One Racing (A1R).

Melges Nikki
At the heart of the Melges Flight School is the Melges Nikki, the first foiling dinghy specifically designed for kids and lighter sailors. The Nikki opens the door to foiling for young athletes, offering the ultimate pathway to high-performance sailing and foiling. Built for speed, precision, and ease of handling, the Melges Nikki lets young sailors experience the excitement of flying over water while gaining the skills to pursue even higher levels of competition.
